DO I GET TO KEEP THE SIGNS?

No, The Sign Squad is a rental service for a specified period of time. We promise that it is way more fun to have someone design, style, set-up and remove the yard card display for you.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We are based in Glen Rock, NJ and will deliver greetings to surrounding towns. If you live beyond 10 miles from Glen Rock, please contact us to see if you’re within our service radius.

WHEN WILL MY YARD CARD ARRIVE?

The standard rental period is one-day. The Sign Squad will set up either the night before, or early morning of, depending on weather, inventory and your timing needs. We will return after dark on the reservation day to clear the display. Additional days may be added for an additional fee. Please let us know about your special day schedule. We aim to please and will do our best to accommodate!

HOW DO I PREPARE MY YARD FOR THE DISPLAY?

Please WATER YOUR YARD to aid in the installation process. Please cancel lawn service and turn off irrigation during the 24 hour period from installation to pick up. Inform The Sign Squad of any lawn irrigation pipes in your lawn, if you have a sprinkler system. Ensure pets are kept away from the signs. Once installed, please do not touch, move, or remove the signs.

CAN I REMOVE THE SIGNS MYSELF?

No, this must be left to The Sign Squad only. Our signs are set up and taken down in a specific way to avoid damage to the signs. Should you want your sign removed early, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME FOR THE INSTALLATION?

No. But if someone will be home, it is required that an adult in the household be made aware that we will be on the property.

I AM READY TO RESERVE, NOW WHAT?

After submitting your reservation request, we will contact you to confirm your design and date. Your payment in full is required to secure your date.
