After submitting the reservation request form, we will contact you to discuss your event. Next, you will be invoiced via email. Payment in full is required within 24 hours to confirm and secure your reservation.
Please do not remove or relocate the lawn display once it has been installed by The Sign Squad.
For the safety of everyone, please do not allow anyone (including pets) to play on/ around the lawn display. The corners and stakes are sharp.
Do not attach anything to any part of the display, including balloons or streamers.
Please protect our products from any damage that might be caused by lawn equipment, mowers, sprinkler systems, animals, etc. If you have a weekly landscaping service, please arrange for their visit to be prior to yard card installation.
Should there be damage to the display or if pieces are missing, there is a $20 replacement fee for each damaged or missing letter/number/accent piece. There is a $5 replacement fee for each damaged or missing stake.
If an earlier pick up time is needed than originally scheduled, please contact The Sign Squad via text or email. No persons other than The Sign Squad have permission to remove the display.
The Sign Squad NJ LLC and any representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set up, display period and removal of any sign rental. If you must cancel your reservation, 48 hours notice is required for a full refund.
If you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your event, you may choose to receive 50% of your package price as a refund, or you may receive a full credit on your account for a future date, based on availability.
In the event of severe weather, The Sign Squad may not be able to set up your yard display and a full refund will be provided. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornado warnings, floods, heavy rain, high winds, snowstorm, frozen ground, freezing temperatures. Light to moderate rain is not ideal, but setups will be completed.
No refunds will be given if the wrong delivery address is provided.
No refunds will be given if The Sign Squad cannot safely access the property for any reason, including an animal.
